Life is sometimes ever or sometimes never the way we prefer it to be. Therefore profession or career we choose can include in our hobby or sometimes be obligatory. Many students prefer to be versatile teachers after completing their Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or in Humanities. In Nepal Anyway, many people who are simply following their career lecturing or let’s say involved in teaching service in the backdrop of Nepal have surely had the problem at present irrespective of a gregarious job, especially in private schools or college. However, the government has vehemently spent handsome money on public schools with training time and again, but the success rate in a government school for SLC is just below 30 percent, whilst the result of private schools is at the summit because of dedicated teachers and personal fund of somebody else. Though the positive outcome seems, teachers are not secured in terms of jobs at Boarding Schools.
I don’t like to blame fully the owner of all private ones but many of them are only for a business motif not for the social navigator. The hiring and firing system is much quicker without giving prior notice to the teacher has been one of the bad omens for all. Nonetheless, some teachers also forget their ethics so ordinary teachers are in trouble.
