2.      A. ans: The sounds of spitting, washing, and morning watering shocked the young couple because they had spent their entire lives in the vast outer suburbs, where decent neighbors were seldom seen or heard. The Macedonian family cried out in a loud voice. It took the newcomers six months to realize that their neighbors were simply talking to one another and not engaging in murderous exchanges. This is what the newlyweds felt was really an extremely perplexing backdrop in their new belt where they wanted to settle. (OR-ANS A key document in the development of human rights is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). It was written by delegates from many corners of the globe, each with their own legal and cultural perspectives, and it was the first document to call for the protection of basic human rights everywhere. Though UDHR has documented the rights of all humans, loads of people in the nook of the world are homeless, are in famine, etc.)

b. Knowledge is the ability to remember and comprehend information to use effectively, which is a deterministic process; once someone has learned something, they cannot forget it. This knowledge can be beneficial to the individual, but it is insufficient to enable them to use it effectively, whereas wisdom is a process that considers all of our prior experiences and information. Understanding is only a small part of what it entails; judgments about what is right and wrong can also be made. It is something that only people are capable of, and both the heart and the mind are where it is found. Because wisdom requires a soul, machines will never be able to attain it on their own. Wisdom is built on judgment and decision-making. (OR: ANS: He illustrates the beliefs of the Greeks regarding the beginning of history with Homer, Sophocles, and Plato; the beliefs of the Indians regarding the invention of the airplane and nuclear bombs by ancient sages; the beliefs of Chinese nationalists regarding the origin of many great ideas; the beliefs of the Jews regarding their status as the chosen people; and then the beliefs within various religious tribes and cultures. No group is unique, even though each thinks it is the center of the world and the creator of the most significant ideas and contributions. Such claims are a blatant display of egotism, whether they are made about Arabia in the time of Muhammad, Greece in the time of Plato, or China in the time of the Yellow Emperor. He has cited Judaism as an exemplar of such self-important narratives because he believes it is more polite to criticize one's own people than to criticize foreigners.)

c. My impression of Famous Actress is that she is a young, renowned, and beautiful actress who is envied by ordinary women. On the outside, she looks innocent and harmless but in reality, she is mean and wicked, who is cunning and deceitful as well as very smart and manipulative. The way she concocted and told the story of how the woman's husband was trying to secure her love while he was in her boudoir at that moment reveals that she is two-faced. Using her acting skill and illusion she fooled the wife in such a conceivable way that she will not doubt again. This play beautifully portrays how good some of the actors are in their field of profession.

d. I think that Mrs. Baroda does not want to welcome her hubby’s friend but a marriage shipwreck doesn’t only happen if there is understanding between the couple. In the story, despite Gaston's best efforts, Gouvernail refuses to return due to Mrs. Baroda's strenuous opposition; however, she eventually changes her mind, much to her husband's delight, who informs that Gouvernail does not deserve her unreasonable dislike of the first place, she tells her husband, adding that she would now treat him with greater hospitality, and the story ends here.

The poet here emphasizes that although we may carry out good or bad deeds throughout our lives, he also firmly believes that God will be the one to notice our best selves. The world is represented by Milk Wood town, and the poet has prayed to God not for his own blessing alone, but for the blessing of all those who live on this planet.
